How do I get started?

First, create and publish a customized event page. Then, use our powerful promotional tools to help sell tickets. Lastly, on event day, use our check-in tools to efficiently get your attendees in the door.

Didn't receive your ticket? Don't have a mobile phone? Find answers to many common questions.

How do I cancel an attendee's ticket?

Select an event, open the Attendees page, and click on the name of the attendee. Then click "Delete attendee" to cancel the attendee's ticket.

Can I sell tickets from my own website?

Absolutely. Click “My events” to select your event. Then click “Promote” and “Ticket Sales Tools” for the code to add event registration to your website.

How do I resend a ticket or receipt?

Log in to your MogoTix account, go to “My events” to select the appropriate event, and click “Attendees” to search for the applicable attendee. Click “Send ticket” to resend the ticket and receipt.
